How do I Update the Expiration Date on my Credit Card

If you need to update your expiration date for your credit card you will need to do this via the mybillonline site, or by calling Customer Service @ 1 888 492 6878, between the hours of 9am and 8pm EST.

1: Logon to your Account via the mybillonline homepage. Select the “Payments” Tab.
2: Select “Manage Credit Cards" (to the left). This will display the credit cards you have on the account.
3: Select the credit card you need to update.
4: You will then see the credit card information. Change the expiration date and then click “Submit”, and the changes will take effect.
